April 1, 2007	Well I thought I would try and add some of my thoughts to my site as well. I'm not really sure just how often I will update this as I'm not one to really keep a journal of sorts. I have now been in the desert for over a year. Business is going well. I'm happy to be around family again, but I do miss Florida. Some people call it paradise out here but for me Florida is my paradise. I guess I don't mind the humidity. I do have to mention that the mountains out here are really cool though. If there is anyone I have lost contact with reading this, I'd love to get an E-mail from you. ron@imanasshole.net still works.
April 21, 2007	I just got home from the NASCAR race at PIR. Jeff Gordon won. It was a really good race using the COT. I also saw the Busch race last night. It was also a good race. As a member of the ONMC I got to tour the garage. I saw the cat in the hat, the king, Robby Riser and several of the cars going though inspection. It was very cool.
May 1, 2007	A friend of mine was killed in a car accident over the weekend. He was only 23. He was a good kid who always had a smile on his face. The only comfort is that he had a good life even it if was cut way too short. He was very loved by both family and friends. Jason Skufca, you will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
July 11, 2007	I had a really good 4th with the family, since it was hot as hell here, we had an indoor picnic. Dad made some killer BBQ. We had a really fun water gun fight, sure felt good. Business has remained good, even for the summer. The monsoon season is finally here, one might think it was similar to hurricane season in Florida as much attention as it gets here. Well I guess it does account for 1/3rd of the years rain fall out here. It's been like 3 months since it has rained. Dave in Florida called and told me a common friend, Tiery, has been in a horrible car accident and lost both legs. All my thoughts are with him and his family during such a trying time. Tiery is a strong individual and I'm sure he will make the best out of the situation. The longer I'm away from Florida the longer time goes by between talking to the ones I care about over there. Time really flies and if we are not careful it's awful easy to lose touch. In my four decades on this planet there are too many people I have lost contact with. I wish each and everyone a great life even if they don't know it.
July 29, 2007	July has been a really nice month, albeit HOT and unusually humid. I had the opportunity to make a few new friends; business has remained busy; and it has even been raining in the desert. All in all, I don't have much to bitch about.
Sept 6, 2008	I'm not very good at this blog thing, but what the hell. It's hard to believe over a year has past since I looked in on this page. Sheesh. Hope all my friends are well!
August 16, 2009	I happened to do a Google search on "imanasshole" and was surprised at all the sites which appeared from this search term. When I first created this domain (2001) any of the top level domains were available, but not today. There was a time that this search term would not even bring up a full page of results from Google. This could be just the fact that the search giant has improved their worm capabilities. Here I thought I was being some what unique as a self proclaimed asshole, but obviously I was wrong. There seems to be plenty of people out there willing to admit it and even more pages dedicated to calling others one. But hey, I know I'm An Asshole, just ask any of the women I have dated, they have all called me an asshole at some point.....

Oct 18, 2009	Ok the summer is finally over in the desert, although the temps are still high it's livable and the nights cool off again. Life's been good, business has been steady. SEMA starts in a few weeks and I am looking forward to a trip to Vegas. Oh, I'm getting tired of seeing the Jimmie Johnson show each week. 5 weeks to go.
Feb 14, 2010	Well I got to see the Daytona 500. I'm glad the season has started and good for Jamie Mac. So far 2010 has been fairly good for me. It's Valentines Day and I spent it away from someone I care about due to her being in the hospital. I'm not sure how she is as we are not in the same city today and no one is sending me updates. It is very frustrating and more drama than I need in my life.
